How about a luxury molten in glass? By means of the innovative technology of metallization we cover the glass surface with an elegant intensive metallic coat.

This decoration method is a novelty on the market. We are one of just a few companies that have mastered this technique.
How We Work
We manufacture glass in small batches starting from 2 thousand pieces. Bottles have the capacity of 50 ml up to 4,5 liter. In addition to that, we use several decoration techniques such as spray painting, silk-screen, decal, etching and sand-blasting. We have developed our own technology of glass stoppers manufacturing as an alternative to cork and screw tops. A mix of various technologies enabled us to achieve the best results when it comes to shape, volume, and the quality of the final products.
The whole manufacturing cycle from the preliminary design to the finished bottle usually takes us about 6 months. See the details below.
1. Preliminary design
We receive a technical drawing or a product sample from a client. If the client has just a rough idea without a ready design, we can go together through the whole designing process. We prepare a technical drawing based on the client’s idea.
2. Estimate
Once the design is ready, we prepare an estimate including the price of the mold and the unit price. Our estimate includes all important issues such as the weight and shape of the final product, the glass manufacturing technology, and the type of decoration.
3. Prototype
Once we have discussed the price estimate, we provide a client with a glass prototype or a 3D model. This is a crucial stage. We want to make sure that our partners have a full understanding of what the final product is going to look like.
4. Molds
We start the preparations for the production process by making the molds in our inhouse workshop with CNC machines.
5. Final product
Once the molds are ready, we manufacture the glass bottles according to the client’s guidelines. In addition to that, we prepare the full technical documentation of the manufacturing process.
6. Shipping
We carefully pack the glass bottles making them safe during transport. Next, we ship them to the client as agreed.
