GLASS BOTTLES

Clients provide us with a glass bottle concept at various stages of advancement. If it is just a preliminary idea, we go together through the whole design process. If, however, the design is ready, we make a technical drawing in line with our production capabilities.

We establish the price of the molds, the unit price of the glass bottle, and the costs of the prototype. We include: the weight and the shape of the final product, the glass manufacturing technology, the type of decoration, the number of bottles in the ordered production batch.

We make the final digital model and the final drawing of the glass bottle. If necessary, we also make a prototype. We want to be sure that before production begins, the client has a full idea of ​​what the finished glass packaging will look like.

We start the preparations for the production process by making refined molds for glass bottles manufacturing. We have our own inhouse mold workshop. Moreover, at the client’s request, we also make test molds.

We start with samples production and then manufacture glass bottles according to prior arrangements. In addition, we prepare the full technical documentation for the entire process. If the client needs any special certificate, we can commission laboratory tests.

Finally, we take care of logistics. We carefully pack glass bottles to ensure they remain safe during transport. Next, we ship them on time and efficiently to our domestic and international clients.
